  1. Prepare of Lapisan pandan:.
  2. Prepare 100 gr of tepung beras.
  3. It's 30 gr of tepung tapioka.
  4. Prepare 100 gr of gula pasir.
  5. It's 260 ml of santan (rebus dgn daun pandan, dinginkan).
  6. You need 1/2 sdt of pasta pandan.
  7. Prepare 1/4 sdt of garam.
  8. You need of Lapisan putih :.
  9. Prepare 45 gr of tepung beras.
  10. It's 45 gr of tepung tapioka.
  11. You need 1/2 sdt of garam.
  12. It's 200 ml of santan (rebus dgn daun pandan, dinginkan).

Talam Pandan instructions

  1. Siapkan bahan, aduk rata masing2 bahan (pandan & putih) saring bila perlu.
  2. Panaskan kukusan, olesi cetakan dgn sedikit minyak.
  3. Tuang lapisan pandan 3/4 tinggi cetakan, kukus dgn api kecil 10 menit.
  4. Jika sdh 10 menit lalu tuang lapisan putih diatas lapisan pandan sampai penuh, kukus kembali 15 menit.
  5. Setelah 15 menit, angkat kue dan biarkan dingin baru lepaskan dari cetakan.
