Ingredients of Talam Pandan
- Prepare of Lapisan pandan:.
- Prepare 100 gr of tepung beras.
- It's 30 gr of tepung tapioka.
- Prepare 100 gr of gula pasir.
- It's 260 ml of santan (rebus dgn daun pandan, dinginkan).
- You need 1/2 sdt of pasta pandan.
- Prepare 1/4 sdt of garam.
- You need of Lapisan putih :.
- Prepare 45 gr of tepung beras.
- It's 45 gr of tepung tapioka.
- You need 1/2 sdt of garam.
- It's 200 ml of santan (rebus dgn daun pandan, dinginkan).
Talam Pandan instructions
- Siapkan bahan, aduk rata masing2 bahan (pandan & putih) saring bila perlu.
- Panaskan kukusan, olesi cetakan dgn sedikit minyak.
- Tuang lapisan pandan 3/4 tinggi cetakan, kukus dgn api kecil 10 menit.
- Jika sdh 10 menit lalu tuang lapisan putih diatas lapisan pandan sampai penuh, kukus kembali 15 menit.
- Setelah 15 menit, angkat kue dan biarkan dingin baru lepaskan dari cetakan.
