- Didihkan air 500 ml air + santan 200 ml + gula +garam.
- Larutkan tepung hungkwe + tepung beras dengan 250 ml air.
- Sesudah mendidih masukan larutan tepung dan aduk hingga kalis.
- Ambil selembar daun pisang, ambil adonan beri pisang ditengahnya bungkus dan kukus 45 menit angkat dan sajikan.
